Logic vs Imagination
We have a guest Author today Sai Paleti. He is very kind to share his favorite quote and his personal experiences on how this particular quote had inspired him all through.
“Logic will get you from A to B. Imagination will take you everywhere.” - Albert Einstein
"I strongly believe that imagination elevates the true potential of creativity in a person. As a kid, I was truly fascinated to see the mechanisms of my toys come to play when I often dismantled them. This fascination fueled my imagination to create my vision of a toy record player using the motor from my R/C car and a circular magnetic disk from a broken floppy disk. It was not until my early days of school, I became highly inquisitive about the relationship between business and technology. I always wondered about the creative business minds behind some of today’s greatest innovations and the execution of a product or a service that makes ideas a realty. My strong passion for technology and interest in the field of management motivated me to choose a path that caters to these inclinations of mine.
Now in my late 20’s, the quote that reminds me on any career milestone I reach is by Steve Jobs who said “You can’t connect the dots looking forward; you can only connect them looking backwards. So you have to trust that the dots will somehow connect in your future.” I can genuinely relate to this unforgettable quote because when I rewind back to my early college days, the summer months spent at the mall selling phones was an invaluable experience that taught me all about people skills and effective communication. These are the very two ingredients that help me every day; from successful interviews to well-recognized client presentations, I thank god for giving me the opportunity to work at the mobile phone kiosk that shaped by career and changed my life.
I would like to end my first post by sharing what I believe should be a manual to any aspiring entrepreneur who wants to change the world.

In the words for Steve Jobs, 'Stay hungry, stay foolish.' "
Thank you Sai, for taking time to not only share your favorite quote but also share how it influenced you all along.
Most of us start our careers with a small job at the checkout counter, tutors, paper distributions and like one Sai had, working as a sales rep at a mobile phone kiosk. Every one of those jobs will teach us something which we don't value then but like Steve Jobs said, those dots will help us connect to what we are today and moving on to our future and make it big someday.
I wish all you guys to go back to your childhood and think about the job and see if you can find the special talent you had learnt back then and see if that helps you today or is helping you now.
Thank you Sai Paleti, for his time.
